About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a National Accounts Administrator. This is a brand new role, where you will be responsible for liaising between our regional branches and our key national accounts, helping to price new opportunities, schedule works, and ensure top customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete management of our increasing portfolio of National Account Customers
  • Main point of contact acting as a liaison between our regional branches and our key national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and KPI's are met
  • Monitoring of customer enquiry inbox and distribution of tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to national account customers
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be based at our Head Office in Mold, North Wales, and will work standard hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to support the needs of the business.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for career development and growth within the company.
