Key Responsibilities- Deliver housekeeping supplies to various floors as directed by the floor supervisor and maintain housekeeping stores in a well-organized manner.
- Assist with spring cleaning duties, including vacuuming and dusting corridors, carpet edges, and other areas as required.
- Organize special room set-ups for guests with specific requirements, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
- Exercise flexibility and creativity in responding to guests' special requests and challenges.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, the primary language used in our hotel.
