Private Client Paralegal/Legal Secretary Specialist

As an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary/Paralegal, you will be supporting members of the Private Client Department in our Totton office, handling various aspects of Private Client work and general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist Private Client Department members
- Handle all aspects of Private Client work, including correspondence and document management
- Undertake general administration tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Communicate effectively with clients via telephone and email
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in Private Client or a related field
- Strong administrative skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
