Site Technician Opportunity

Firstfield Electrical Ltd is seeking a skilled Site Technician to join our team. Based in Stowmarket, Suffolk, we are a well-established Electrical and Mechanical company specializing in Industrial works, including Hazardous Area and Process control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out electrical installations and maintenance work to a high standard
  • Working on Hazardous Area installations and Process control systems
  • Providing excellent customer service and building effective relationships with clients
  • Working safely and adhering to technical standards, Codes of Practice, and legislation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Technician
  • Applicable qualifications in electrical installation
  • Knowledge of technical standards, Codes of Practice, and legislation
  • Previous experience of ATEX installations and exposure to PLCs and automation an advantage

What We Offer:

  • An attractive hourly rate based on experience
  • 6% company contribution to pension
  • Full clean UK driving licence essential

Working Conditions:

  • Site-based role with paid door-to-door travel
  • One hour unpaid break per day
  • Core hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
