Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Culture Development Manager to join the Talent and Culture team at Rosewood London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the effective management and performance of the Talent & Culture function while maintaining and continuing to develop efficient processes and services to support the smooth running of the department.
  • Act as an advisor and key business partner to the leadership team, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and performance management processes.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, culture development, and human resources generalist roles.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
