Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the entire product flow from procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods to delivery to customers. This role involves collaborating with production, sales, and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of three to four direct reports.
  • Develop and oversee the procurement process and scheduling of finished goods, raw materials, and components.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and future suppliers.
  • Review supplier performance and manage inventory and warehousing of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Effectively monitor and manage stock levels to set KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain inventory routines.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all processes are in accordance with issued procedures.
  • Comply with General Data Protection Regulation and EHS policies from EJ Group.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Supply Chain Management role.
  • Relevant degree or certification in supply chain management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Experience in import/export operations.
