Join Our Disputes Team at Origin Legal

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solicitor to join our successful Disputes Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to our clients, handling a wide range of civil and commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on business disputes, including shareholder, partnership, and director disputes
  • Represent clients in debt recovery, statutory demands, and contractual disputes
  • Handle intellectual property disputes, including copyright, trade marks, passing off, patents, and confidential information
  • Assist clients with business sale disputes and warranty claims
  • Provide advice on retention of title and disputes with customers
  • Support clients with insurance matters and public procurement disputes
  • Offer franchise dispute advice for franchisees and franchisors
  • Conduct regulatory work for doctors
