The Business & Library Systems team is seeking a skilled and innovative Business & Library Systems Analyst/Developer to provide second-line support, maintenance, and enhancement services for the University's library and business applications.

As a key member of the Business & Library Systems team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the overall design of mission-critical enterprise applications and ensuring they are delivered effectively, reliably, and efficiently.

You will need to have extensive experience in the support and maintenance of library and business applications, with knowledge of library systems being essential.

Furthermore, you should have experience of successful identification, diagnosis, management, and resolution of application problems.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or be able to demonstrate significant experience in technical support.
