Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Gi Group in Birmingham. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for securing new vacancies, providing end-to-end recruitment solutions, and meeting targets for acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to secure new vacancies and expand our client base.
  • Provide expert recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
  • Meet and exceed targets for acquiring new clients and organizing service meetings, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Identify and generate leads for sales activities from various channels, including referrals, online platforms, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough pre-interviews and interviews to present the best candidates to clients, ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction and client retention.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in recruitment, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
