Site Manager Job Description

Bell Contracts & Co Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and to perfection, while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on time and to perfection
  • Report directly to senior management team
  • Provide accurate and professional records, reports, and information
  • Manage and motivate site teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow construction drawings and works information
  • Survey sites to mitigate problems and check viability of design
  • Organize and coordinate labour
  • Negotiate contracts in conjunction with direct and subcontract staff
  • Liaise with engineers and have an understanding of site-level operations
Requirements:
  • Ability to work under one's own initiative
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Strong team building skills
  • Track record of completing projects from start to finish
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
