About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in Worcester. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes, managing engineering projects, and providing technical support to the wider engineering team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement new manufacturing processes
  2. Manage engineering projects from concept to delivery
  3. Review existing manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvement
  4. Provide technical support to the engineering team

Requirements:

  • Degree or HND/HNC in mechanical engineering or a similar discipline
  • Previous experience working in a Manufacturing Engineering position
  • Previous experience in lean manufacturing tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Must be a team player

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
