Support Professional

At Thera East Anglia, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of adults with a learning disability.
The role involves providing support to individuals in their daily lives, helping them develop new skills, plan and manage their own homes, and engage in leisure activities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, and empower them to live the lives they choose.
No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we provide free, Skills for Care endorsed full training. We value compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a self-starter with a high level of motivation, keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and desire to embrace our values and vision, we encourage you to apply.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires adaptability and creativity. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including supporting individuals in their own homes or out and about in their community.
