About the Role

GKN Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Junior SAP Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our Civil SAP CoE team, you will play a critical role in delivering ERP support within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective on-boarding, off-boarding, and changes of SAP users.
  • Administer SAP roles and authorization controls in line with approved processes.
  • Ensure IT security requirements and segregation of duties are observed and designed into future demand/requirements.
  • Follow structured processes and tasks for maximum effectiveness.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management/team leaders.

Requirements

  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative, including performance of duties exercising independent judgement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment – to effectively listen, challenge and communicate.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Professionalism and flexibility.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in the English language.
