We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Recreation Manager at Essex County Council.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
This includes managing staff, handling customer complaints, and implementing new policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- 1. Developing and implementing effective operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
As a Community Recreation Manager, you will also be responsible for leading a team of leisure centre staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet their job requirements.
You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to achieve better outcomes for customers.
