Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team of exceptional educators in Central London, Brent. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with additional learning needs, helping them reach their full potential.

The Role

  • £475-£550 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
  • Term time work only
  • Assisting with delivering inclusive learning by accommodating to the needs of children with EHCPs
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEMH, ASD/ADHD, Hearing Loss, Speech Impediments, EAL
  • Collaborating with and following guidance of the SENDCo and SEN professionals to aid the holistic development of pupils
  • Guaranteeing a safe and equitable environment for all children

Requirements

  • Obtained a degree in Psychology/Education (with a specialised knowledge of SEND) from a Top UK University
  • Has previous experience and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Showcase excellent communication and organisational skills, patience and resilience
