Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse & Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN & RNLD)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse & Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN & RNLD) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our community 7-bedded service for younger adults in Nottingham, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to younger adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • Support and promote positive teamwork among colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in mental health and learning disability care.
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN or RNLD).
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in learning disability, autism, mental health, community, or NHS settings.
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
