Job Description:

Culina Group is looking for an exceptional Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will play a vital role in preparing commercial vehicles for MOT, performing daily and routine maintenance, and repairs on HGV trucks and trailers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular vehicle inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending necessary repairs.
  2. Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor/Chargehand to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  4. Build strong relationships with colleagues, communicating effectively and providing support when needed.
  5. Participate in continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  6. Meet performance targets, adhering to quality and productivity standards.
  7. Adhere to health and safety procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the workshop.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • GCSE English and Maths - Grade 4 or above required.
  • A qualification will be completed as part of the apprenticeship.
