Hepatology and Liver Transplant Dietitian

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hepatology and Liver Transplant Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of the Hepatology and Liver Transplant Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dietetic care to patients with liver disease, including those undergoing liver transplantation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dietetic assessment and management of patients with liver disease, including those undergoing liver transplantation.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices.
- Registered Dietitian with active HCPC registration.
- Appropriate diploma/degree to Masters level, such as Masters in Advanced Dietetic Practice or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
- Strong evidence of CPD (portfolio) with evidence of training in specialist clinical area.
