This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing delivery of the firm's strategic growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of complex casework, ensuring compliance, budgeting, and billing are handled efficiently.
- Lead a team of up to 4 staff, planning workloads, conducting performance evaluations, and providing guidance and support.
- Carry out critical tasks, including planning and controlling trading operations, managing business sales, and preparing trading memorandums.
- Identify key issues on cases and collaborate with the engagement partner to discuss and resolve them.
- Conduct WIP reviews and ensure billing targets are met.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in advisory work within Corporate Insolvency, ideally with ACA/ACCA qualifications.
- A proactive networker with excellent communication skills, able to contribute to the firm's marketing activities.
- Able to suggest new initiatives and take responsibility for developing business relationships.
