We are seeking an experienced Country House Manager to join our team at HF Holidays. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth running of our country house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service Excellence: Oversee every aspect of guest service to elevate their experiences.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage chefs to deliver exceptional food quality within budget.
  • Front of House Management: Lead the front of house team to maintain pristine conditions in bedrooms and public areas.
  • Property Maintenance and Appearance: Collaborate with maintenance and properties teams to monitor and address internal and external repairs.
  • Team Development & Culture: Foster a culture of teamwork and harmony to drive success.
  • Centralised Support: Work with central support teams, including HR, Health & Safety, Finance, and Sales.

Requirements:

  • A commercial background in Tourism or Hospitality, with experience in hotel management.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied working hours, particularly evenings and weekends.
