About the Position
  • Provide focused bioinformatics expertise across our research projects.
  • Exercise judgment to improve data management and workflow/tool development.
  • Design and deploy data integration apps and tools to drive business growth.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in R/BioConductor, Linux OS, and shell scripting (bash).
  • Significant experience in independent research and building NGS pipelines.
  • Experience contributing to the development of database systems using SQL.
Benefits and Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance.
