We are seeking a highly skilled Garden Manager to join our team at the leading garden centre in Cornwall. With a strong retail management background and a passion for gardening, this role offers the perfect combination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service: Provide expert knowledge to customers on plants, products, and garden-related services.
• Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of garden centre staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of plants, products, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a garden centre or horticultural environment.
• Education: Relevant qualifications in horticulture, business management, or a related field.
