Senior Software Maintenance Engineer

At Randstad Education, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns to optimize database queries, implement caching mechanisms, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize database queries for improved performance and efficiency.
- Implement caching mechanisms to reduce load times and enhance user experience.
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and development efforts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software development or maintenance, preferably with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns, including object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and experience with database management systems and caching technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
