We are seeking a skilled Yard Administrator to join our team at SYNETIQ Ltd. in the UK. As a key member of our Operations Support Team, you will play a vital role in our daily site salvage operation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking in vehicles for collection and processing relevant paperwork
Sorting post and responding to customer inquiries
Processing payments and costing deliveries
Liaising with the finance team regarding buyer payments
General administration duties, including filing invoices and chasing payments
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
