We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Eligo Recruitment Limited.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and advocating a User Centred Design approach. Your expertise in User Research Methods and evidence-based decision-making will drive the success of this role.

To be successful in this position, you must have practical experience in implementing UCD approaches, including playing a lead role in implementing User Research Methods and adopting an evidence-based approach.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of user research principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of a degree in a relevant field (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, design)
  • At least 3 years of experience in user research or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality user research projects
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
