Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of childcare professionals in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 2 and under.
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to childcare.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's recent experience working in a nursery setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (Level 2 considered with relevant experience).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
