Requirements- Transport Managers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC): Hold a Transport Managers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) National and International.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in leading a busy and large-scale transport operation within a growing and rapidly scaling business.
- People Management and Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience of people management and data-driven decision making.
- Performance Metrics and Process Improvement: Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Advanced Proficiency in English: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
