About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Senior Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize Google Ads performance across various business lines and corporate brands.

Your primary objective will be to enhance cost savings, improve targeting, and drive decision-making through data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, providing expert guidance on Google Ads best practices and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull monthly Google Ads performance reports to inform proactive recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members to ensure timely approvals, updates, and task completion.
  • Perform weekly account maintenance tasks, including negative keyword refinement, bid adjustments, ad disapprovals, and problem keyword identification.
  • Partner with SEO specialists to develop comprehensive keyword strategies.
  • Create new campaigns according to best practices and align them with existing strategies upon request.
  • Lead the integration of acquisition ads into existing accounts in the event of an acquisition.
  • Educate team members on Google Ads best practices and internal workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in directly related Google Ads roles.
  • Experience managing and setting up Google search, display, shopping, and video ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, SEMRush, and Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Life Sciences industry is desirable.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
