Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

Our client, a prestigious law firm in South London, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to lead a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring timely progression and seamless communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property law, including sales, purchases, transfers, and leases, conducting thorough due diligence and drafting and reviewing legal documents as needed.
  • Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and support staff, providing guidance and fostering professional development, while staying up to date with the latest developments in residential property law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including client retention and networking to attract new clients, and participate in opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential property law, with strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex transactions with minimal supervision, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and excellent client service.
