Job Summary:

ecoSense Cleaning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Mobile Supervisor to join our team. As a Night Mobile Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations at various sites during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleaning standards and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and vehicles are in good working order and that staff are using them correctly.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
  • Good level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
