Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Childcare Manager to lead our Children's Home in delivering high-quality care and support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing children's homes with "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted grades, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3-bed children's home
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Ofsted ratings
