As a History Teacher with Tradewind Recruitment, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans across Key Stage 3 and 4, ensuring that all students reach their full potential. You will also foster a deep appreciation for History and its relevance to the modern world, while working collaboratively with colleagues within the History Department and across the wider school.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, along with proven experience as a History teacher across KS3 and KS4. Excellent behaviour management and strong communication skills are also essential, as well as the ability to hold or obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
