Finance Business Partner - Commercial Interim

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for collaborating with stakeholders to drive financial success? Our client, Lincolnshire Police, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial management services to a designated segment of the organization.
  • Collaborate with budget holders and project managers to develop budgets for designated areas.
  • Deliver training on finance, procurement, and contract regulations to enhance budget holders' financial management skills.
  • Conduct financial evaluations for future service developments, ensuring affordability and value for money.
  • Advise on commercial and taxation aspects of service developments, particularly in capital projects.
  • Contribute to the development of financial reports that meet the needs of senior managers and Chief Officers.

Requirements:

  • Full AAT or Part-qualified CCAB accountant.
  • Significant experience in a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role.
  • Proven skills in generating reports from financial systems and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, including financial modelling.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain complex financial information to non-financial managers.
  • Demonstration of the organization's values and commitment to personal development.
