Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Component Engineering department in the design and development of aftertreatment systems for our C0.5-C Series range of products. As a key member of our global engineering team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers and collaborating with our supply chain and production teams to deliver world-class solutions from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of aftertreatment systems for our C0.5-C Series range of products
- Manage a small team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives
- Collaborate with global engineering, supply chain, and production teams to deliver solutions from concept to production
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering management role, preferably in the industrial engine or power systems industry
- Strong technical knowledge of aftertreatment systems and engine design
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of engineers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
