High-Performance Engineer (Permanent)

We're looking for a skilled High-Performance Engineer to join our team at The Logistics Partnership LLP. As a key member of our engineering department, you'll be responsible for designing and developing high-performance vessels that meet the needs of our clients.

Estimated Annual Salary: £55,000 - £75,000

About The Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop new luxury motor launches and superyacht tenders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* Proven track record of success in a similar role
* Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes
