At Baker Tilly International, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team. As an Audit and Policy Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Job Overview

We are a Top 14 firm of chartered accountants, tax, and business advisers with a national network of offices across the UK. Our agile and responsive approach enables us to identify our clients' goals and business needs both now and in the future.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of clients, preparing assignments for partner/director review, ensuring compliance deadlines are met, and collaborating with tax staff to plan work effectively.

You will also be responsible for internal projects, including managing and delivering training, communication, and ensuring that staff receive a good mix of audit and accounts experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have ACA/ACCA Qualified or qualified by experience. You should also possess up-to-date technical knowledge of Auditing and Financial Reporting Standards.

Able to produce realistic projections and comment on draft projections versus historic accounts, you will also be able to undertake internal projects, communicate findings, and see them through to completion.
