Registered Nurse Malvern, England

Salary: £52,624 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a brand new, luxury care home in Malvern, Worcestershire. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with a team of experienced staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Your key duties will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care
  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence
  • Ensuring resident needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Reporting any concerns or incidents to the Registered Manager
  • Preparing and updating resident care plans
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the Registered Manager with auditing and quality assurance
  • Attending staff meetings and contributing to team discussions

We offer a competitive salary of £23.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £52,624 per annum. Our benefits package includes flexible pay, free parking, and access to a range of discounts and offers through our Blue Light Card scheme.
