Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 driver to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for operating a curtain-sided articulated vehicle loaded with palletised goods.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK licence with C+E class 1 entitlement, a CPC Card, and a Digital Tachograph Card. You will be required to undertake trunking duties, transporting goods via a forklift, with no manual handling required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a curtain-sided articulated vehicle for trunking duties
  • Transport palletised goods via a forklift
  • Meet the requirements of a Class 1 driver, including a full UK licence and relevant certifications

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14 p/h PAYE or £16.94 p/h via umbrella
  • 28 day annual leave entitlement
  • Average 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • Full UK licence with C+E class 1 entitlement

  • Only penalty points for minor traffic offences will be considered
