About the Role:
Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our dynamic team at our brand new ABI service in Clowne, Chesterfield. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with acquired brain injuries, autism, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
- Encourage independence and participation in activities
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries, autism, and complex needs
- Ability to work flexibly and be resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice experience
