Role Overview

Protocol Education is seeking a highly skilled Phonics Specialist to support the educational journey of our students in a Primary School setting. As a Phonics Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering phonics sessions to small groups of students aged 4 to 8, utilizing the RWI Phonics scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lesson materials, utilizing resources provided by the school
• Develop and implement phonics activities in line with the RWI scheme, ensuring a engaging and effective learning experience for students
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Experience in delivering phonics sessions and a strong understanding of the KS1 and EYFS curriculum
• Desirable qualifications include Level 2/3 Early Years Educator, SEND Certificate, and other Phonics training qualifications
