Project Worker

We are a dynamic organization dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to reach their individual goals and ambitions.

We are currently recruiting Project Workers to join our enthusiastic and creative team. As a Project Worker, you will provide daily support to adults with learning disabilities and autism as they participate in workshops and activities within our site-based services.

• Support adults with learning disabilities and autism in their daily activities
• Participate in workshops and activities within our site-based services
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized support plans

• No prior experience in care or support is required, as we provide full training and ongoing support
• An interest in visual arts, performing arts, cooking, IT, gardening, outdoor activities, or sports would be beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A competitive rate of pay of £12.00 per hour
• 30 days annual leave per year, with an additional pro-rated day per year after 3 years continuous service, up to 5 days
• Ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence
