Job Description:
A Contract Management role has become available at Densell Recruitment, working as part of a strong team. As the ideal candidate, you will be home-based and reside in areas such as Brighton, Crawly, or Leatherhead. You will need to manage a case load of property reinstatement projects, schedule repairs/redecoration works, and ensure Health & Safety compliance. Experience in contract managing property refurbishments/renovations is essential. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £38-45k depending on experience, with additional benefits including car allowance and pension.

About the Role:
The successful Contracts Manager will work with residential repairs/extensions/renovations, expanding their current skills and experience into specializing within the insurance industry. The company provides genuine opportunities to progress into more senior roles and/or train within the subsidence speciality over time. You will be IT confident and have experience in building a scope of works using a schedule of rates; knowledge of scoping tools/systems is ideal.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a case load of property reinstatement projects
* Schedule repairs/redecoration works and produce scopes
* Ensure Health & Safety/CDM compliance
* Identify new contractors for addition to the network as required
* Performance manage/audit the contractors in your area

Requirements:
* Essential: Experience in contract managing property refurbishments/renovations
* Desirable: Insurance claim damage or subsidence experience/knowledge, knowledge of insurance claims or fire/flood/water/structural damage to properties
* Strong customer service, communication & organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
