Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at VRS Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the import and export of DG cargo, managing production with 3rd parties, and ensuring compliance with labelling and packaging regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating daily international communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers
  2. Monitoring customers' orders and deliveries
  3. Assisting with forecasting and managing stock levels
  4. Liaising with logistics, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and production to ensure optimal product supply
  5. Preparing and managing weekly delivery schedules
  6. Accurate recording and management of the inward processing procedure
  7. Production of import and export clearance instructions following the company's inward processing authorisation

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an international import/export company in a logistics/planning role, with strong communication and organizational skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is confident in their ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain accurate records.
