Corporate Financial Services Expert

This role involves working on company sales and acquisitions, equity and debt fundraising, and managing deal administration. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and be able to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities">- Populate virtual data rooms and review/build financial models;
- Build buyers and investors lists and support active marketing of opportunities;
- Manage deal administration, including document distribution and confidentiality agreements;
- Formulate Enterprise to Equity Value bridges and support working capital normalization and net debt negotiations;
- Support deal management, having direct contact with clients and their finance teams.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, experience in mergers and acquisitions, and excellent analytical skills. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required.
Benefits">A competitive base salary of £50,000 per annum, bonus scheme up to 10% of salary, and equity incentive scheme.
