We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Deputy Manager to join our Bright Horizons First Class Nursery in Aberdeen. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and education to young children.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, experience within an Early Years leadership role, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £33,200 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and manage safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Contribute to succession planning, training, and professional development plans
  • Promote the nursery and support retention and occupancy growth
