Electrical Installation Lecturer/Teacher Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Electrical Installation in line with industry standards.
  • Support learners in achieving their qualifications, providing constructive feedback, and assessing their progress.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment in line with company policies.
  • Create lesson plans and schemes of work tailored to student needs, ensuring practical skills and theoretical knowledge are well-balanced.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support, mentoring students to ensure academic and personal development.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements, changes in regulations, and technological developments.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the course.

Essential Requirements:

  • A recognized teaching qualification.
  • Knowledge in Electrical Installation.
  • Previous teaching experience in an FE setting or Secondary Setting ideally as Electrical Installation Lecturer/Teacher.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students from a variety of backgrounds.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching.
