Job Title

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor and Cost Engineer to join our team at Integral. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of various projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure and manage supply chain effectively
  • Minimise project costs while enhancing value for money
  • Prepare and submit claims when necessary
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (desired)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building/construction/building service/M&E industries
  • Excellent knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary and Benefits:

£65,000 - 85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus overtime if required. The package includes ~25 days holiday, car allowance, life assurance, auto-enrolment company pension scheme, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), cycle to work scheme, and employee discounts.
