We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our midday team at Parkland Infant School. As Midday Playground Supervisor, you will play a vital role in promoting playground games and social activity during the lunchtime period.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and can work on their own initiative. You will need to be creative and able to develop engaging activities that cater to different age groups and abilities.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children, preferably in a school setting, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A warm and welcoming approach to managing the playground environment is essential.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing engaging activities that promote physical activity, social interaction, and creativity.
• Supervising and managing the playground area during lunchtimes to ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to support the learning and development of our students.
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and discipline within the playground area.
• Providing pastoral care and support to pupils as needed.
