We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Flow Recruitment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our Football Centre in Ruislip, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of the entire complex and supervision of all staff.
  • Work a flexible shift pattern to provide management cover at all times.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing activities to promote and maximise income opportunities.
  • Supervise all employees, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, to ensure the highest standard of service is provided to customers and guests.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
  • Ensure sound administration procedures are followed and that Company reporting procedures are followed at all times.
  • Implement the Company Health & Safety policy and ensure that all key staff are trained in first-aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Attend weekly management meetings and chair occasional meetings with other designations of staff.
  • Ensure all cash and stock reconciliation procedures are followed as dictated by Company policy.
  • Maintain all facilities, fixtures, and fittings within the Club to a high standard internally and externally.
  • Coordinate the ordering of stock/goods and services as required to ensure the club operates smoothly and effectively.
