Exciting Opportunity for a Principal Maritime Structural Engineer

Access Talent Group is proud to partner with a global leader in the maritime industry to recruit a Principal Maritime Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the largest maritime structural team in Europe, working on landmark projects both nationally and internationally.

In this role, you will collaborate with a talented team to deliver exciting projects, including work on Devonport and Portsmouth Dockyard. You will have the opportunity to progress within the team, manage your own projects, and mentor junior engineers, while learning the business side of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Maritime Structural Engineers on various projects
  • Develop and implement structural engineering solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a Maritime Structural Engineer
  • Chartered Engineer status
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers
  • Ability to hold SC Clearance
  • Full right to live and work in the UK
